Send a well-lit video recording under 30 seconds long with a blank (preferably white-ish) background behind. A wall is fine. The closer your face, the more of your features we can pick up. Please make sure your audio is clear and keep background sound to a minimum. Don’t worry if it isn’t great. There’s no charge to resupply and we’re happy to help!
