Send a well-lit video recording under 30 seconds long with a blank (preferably white-ish) background behind. A wall is fine. The closer your face, the more of your features we can pick up. Please make sure your audio is clear and keep background sound to a minimum. Don’t worry if it isn’t great at first, there’s no charge to resupply and we’re happy to help!
With your guidance we’ll create an initial selection of 8 Pixie avatars for you to choose from. Further generations will cost £10 per 8 but if it’s just a minor alteration then we’re happy to change it free of charge.
When you’re happy with your Pixie and your video capture then we’ll supply your finished video in any size, shape or social media format that you like. If you’d like us to add some further information or titles then just ask!
